Nano Ceramic Coating
- Enhance the properties of buckles, jewellery, and metal gifts.
- Make your product really stand out, with over 20 colours available.
- Colour Mixing available.
- Hypo-Allergenic
- Metals and Precious metals suitable.
- Translucent, meaning text, logos and shine of product are still very much visible.
- Coating gives the product a protective layer against scratches.
- Perfect for making products stand out and truly unique.
2K Ceramic Coating
- Custom colour and pantone matching service.
- One of the worlds strongest thin film, high temperature coatings.
- Extremely durable, tough, and long lasting from abrasion, wear resistance, chemical resistance, and water resistant.
- Matte and Gloss finishes available.
Sandblasting
- Cleans up old and tired looking products by removing dirt layers with high powered sand abrasion.
- Wood, metals and glass are all suitable for sandblasting.
- Engraving onto glass with a frosted affect left behind.
- Resistant to masking tape, so taped up areas aren’t affected.
Tumbling.
- Stage 1 + 2 Tumbling available
- Stage 1 - Smooth surface roughness, Break edge radius, reduce sharpness, blend tooling paths, polish, deburr.
- Stage 2 – Polished, Matte, Satine and Semi-Gloss finishes available.
- Perfect for buffing up old metal pieces.
